Meet Sam!

Hi, I’m Sam Sunder, founder of Psalms Music & Co., based in Perth, Western Australia.

My passion is helping people grow in music and creativity while inspiring them to use their gifts to glorify God and serve others.

My Music Journey

I started playing keyboard at the age of 13 and have been serving in church worship ministry for over 15 years. By God's grace, I am largely self-taught and developed my musical skills through personal dedication, church ministry involvement and music studies during high school. Over the years, I also learned acoustic guitar, electric guitar and bass guitar, developing a deep passion for Christian contemporary worship music and music production.

Today, I enjoy helping people develop their musical gifts while using music to glorify God and serve others. 

Why I Started Psalms?

Psalms Music & Co. was established to provide quality and practical music lessons, professional music production and audio hire services grounded in Christian values. My goal is to help individuals, families, churches and musicians develop their musical gifts.

My desire is to pass on my passion, knowledge and heart for worship to the next generation, equipping them to use their God-given talents to serve the Church and bring glory to God.

Qualifications and Experience

  • 20+ years of experience playing piano and keyboard

  • 15+ years of worship ministry experience across various church teams

  • 10+ years of experience playing acoustic guitar, bass guitar and electric guitar

  • Certificate in Worship Ministry Training, Kings Worship Academy

  • Certificate of Ministry, Hope Church

  • Certificate in Christian Studies (currently pursuing)

  • WA Working with Children (WWC) Check

  • Experience leading worship, playing instruments and supporting church ministries

  • Working with students of various ages and skill level.

Beyond Music

When I'm not teaching, playing or producing music, I work full-time in cybersecurity, serve in church ministry and occasionally create content for YouTube.
